The project

My Thesis is two to five minute animation about my original character, Hidori Fuka. Hidori is a half air elemental orphan child who was picked up and raised by a crew of well mannered pirates. Spare the rum addiction, they did fairly well in raising him and leading him on to be a strong willed and bodied man.

Hidori's world gets tossed on its head when a betrayal leads to the crew he loved being sacrificed to the demonic crab demigod Kar'R'Gra. After sinking into the depths of the ocean, he finds himself being the only survivor due to his species' natural ability to not need to breath.

Waking up caged and prepping to be sacrificed, Hidori is making his last stand with the blade he swiftly fashioned in the cell from the remaining pieces of his ship that is now enchanted by the souls of his former crew with chilling power!

Scene 1

Opening scene, Hidori Squaring up with Kar'R'Gra to fight.

Scene 3

A running scene with some slow motion combat effects and sword play.

Scene 5

Hidori falls from a crater in the wall, spits out some blood and charges.

Scene 7

Hidori Freezes the steam attack with the frost power in his new blade.

Scene 9

Kar'R'Gra breaks free from the ice and slams Hidori into the ground.

Scene 11

Hidori is holding the claw up and digs deep to fight back and digs his fingers into the claw.

Scene 13

Hidori hammer fist punches Kar'R'Gra in the head, but then gets grabbed.

Scene 15

Kar'R'Gra breaks Hidori's left leg which is trapped in the claw.

Scene 17

Hidori teleports to the celling and falls full speed after Kar'R'Gra throws rocks and sends up another steam breath.

Scene 19

Hidori throws the blade through the steam breath freezing and spliting it as it goes.

Scene 21

The blade cuts clean through and severs the claw as Kar'R'Gra lets out a massive wail of pain.

Scene 23

Underwater rubble is shifted as Hidori emerges from the rubble calling his sword to his side, victorius.

Scene 2

Kar'R'Gra taking the first swing and Hidori dodging.

Scene 4

Hidori is sent flying and drops his sword after getting slammed by a claw.

Scene 6

Kar'R'Gra fires a steam breath attack at Hidori, who calls his blade to return to him to avoid the attack with the momentum.

Scene 8

Kar'R'Gra is frozen in place and Hidori stabs him to the hilt in the claw.

Scene 10

Hidori is slammed twice by a claw attack and Kar'R'Gra thinks that the fight is over before he feels his claw move.

Scene 12

Hidori spin throws Kar'R'Gra into a wall.

Scene 14

Hidori is slammed into the wall and dragged through the rock.

Scene 16

Barely holding on, Hidori grabs his blade that is embedded in the claw next to him, flooding him with a wave of determination. Then teleporting out of the claw.

Scene 18

Hidori deals with the rocks and begins to spin with his blade.

Scene 20

The blade imbeds itself in the claw joint on Kar'R'Gra's claw and Hidori slams down on it full force.

Scene 22

The severed claw shrinks and Hidori watches, beaten and bruised, as Kar'R'Gra falls into the sacrifice pit in the room; he then looks up to see the cave is beginning to collapse and let water in from the intensity from the fight
